Delivery Policy
We offer 48-hours turnaround on most orders, most of the year. However we do experience seasonal peaks wherein dispatch may take 7-10 days. This is generally early Spring and early Autumn each year. If you are ordering in these times, please be patient and we will get to your order in the order it was received.
Orders with bulk quantities (which include grams or kilograms of bulk seed) may take a little longer for us to dispatch.
Delivery of interstate orders which are not sent Express Post can take one week after our dispatch to Australia Post. Express refers solely to the speed with which Australia Post handles your order once it has left our premises, all orders are sent in the order they are received.
Orders to Western Australia can take around 2-3 weeks due to quarantine inspection.
If you think your parcel is delayed, please check at your local Australia Post delivery centre before calling us. Australia Post will not allow us to lodge a query until 10 business days have passed from their receiving the parcel.
Please note that once the product leaves our premises, responsibility for its condition or handling shifts to the recipient or carrier; if you wish to insure your purchase, kindly call us for available options.
