Hardy annual to 60cm. Nutritional grain, high in fibre and amino acids, source of Vitamin A, magnesium, phosphorus. Good bee plant. Cool, moist climate. Used for rebuilding soils. Sow spring and autumn, also summer in colder climates. 45 days.
