Also known as Okra Cee Gwa, Okra vine. Fast growing, hardy vine without the fungal problems of zucchini, use young like zucchini though rather sweeter, or added to soups, stews and curries. Stem tops, flowers and young leaves all edible as a steamed veggie. Seeds from mature fruit can be roasted and salted like pepitas. Soak seeds overnight before sowing direct.
