Delicious relative of celery, forming fine flavoured bulbs, tops can be used like celery, bulb grated in salads or cooked in soups and stews add to vegetable juices, leaves for flavouring and in herb salts. Temperate climates, as is more cold tolerant than celery and stores well like carrots at low temperatures. Likes humus rich soil. Sow spring and early autumn in warmer climates. 120 days.
