Barley grain, when sprouted into barley grass, offers a nutritious alternative to wheatgrass. Combining both grasses in juice enhances flavour and nutritional content, providing a rich source of vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, along with essential minerals, chlorophyll, lecithin, pantothenic acid, and 30% protein. For successful germination, maintain temperatures between 16 and 25 °C, avoiding extremely hot weather.
