Fenugreek seeds are annual and grow to 60cm. The seeds used to make tea to break up mucous congestion. Sprouts used sparingly in salads and ground for curries. Source of organic phosphorous. Sweet, nutty with a slight bitterness. Sow Autumn, Winter, Spring.
