Use trays, pots or containers with good drainage and sow seeds at 2-5mm in light soil. Flourishing micro greens need sunlight & good air circulation. Keep well watered and harvest at 2-5cm tall, between 2-3 weeks. Cut micro greens just above the soil and rinse before use.
